Maintenance Technician - 1st, 2nd, & 3rd shift availableLocation: Goshen, INSalary: $20- 29/hour - *$5/hr premium for 2nd and 3rd shiftPosition OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a range of industrial equipment, ensuring that it is running smoothly and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance on industrial equipment, such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting partsRepair or replace defective parts using hand tools and power toolsInspect machinery to identify potential issues or areas that require adjustmentTroubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems, identifying solutions to keep machines running smoothlyFabricate and install new equipment as requiredCollaborate with production team to ensure maintenance activities do not disrupt production schedulesMaintain accurate records of maintenance activitiesQualificationsProven experience as a maintenance technicianStrong knowledge of electrical equipment, wiring, and transformersExperience in machine assembly and installationExpertise in troubleshooting and machine repairFamiliarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systemsAbility to fabricate sheet metalExcellent problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamStrong communication skills and ability to work well with othersBenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
