Applies limited knowledge and expertise applicable to specialty for the implementation of predominantly short-term tasks and projects for business needs.Other duties as assigned. This job description describes one skill (or part of a skill) within a multi-skilled production team member job.Decision Making: Mechanical troubleshooting, production/priority decisions relating to maintenance and qualityQualificationsExperience / Skills / Abilities Required:Minimum 0 - 3 years previous machine operating or production experience in a team environment preferred.Average to above average mechanical ability helpful.Physical Requirements / Working Conditions: Manufacturing Environment - walking, standing, bending, twisting, grasping, reaching above and below shoulder, lifting up to 35 pounds on a regular basis and up to 70 pounds on occasion.
