Applies limited knowledge and expertise applicable to specialty for the implementation of predominantly short-term tasks and projects for business needs.Other duties as assigned. This job description describes one skill (or part of a skill) within a multi-skilled production team member job.Decision Making: Mechanical troubleshooting, production/priority decisions relating to maintenance and qualityQualificationsExperience / Skills / Abilities Required:Minimum 0 - 3 years previous machine operating or production experience in a team environment preferred.Average to above average mechanical ability helpful.Physical Requirements / Working Conditions: Manufacturing Environment - walking, standing, bending, twisting, grasping, reaching above and below shoulder, lifting up to 35 pounds on a regular basis and up to 70 pounds on occasion. Must wear hearing protection on the production floor.Additional InformationHourly Pay Rate:$17.00 - $18.00 DOE, plus $1.75 hourly shift differentialHours: 3:00 pm – 11:30pm Monday- FridayThe ultimate compensation offered for the position will depend upon several factors such as skill level, cost of living, experience, and responsibilities.Vericast offers a generous total rewards benefits package that includes medical, dental and vision coverage, 401K and generous PTO allowance.
