Now Hiring: Spiritual Support Facilitator (Part-Time) – Victoria, TXAre you an ordained minister or credentialed spiritual leader with a heart for hospice care?Crown Hospice is growing, and we are seeking a qualified and compassionate Spiritual Support Facilitator to join our interdisciplinary team on a part-time (PT) basis. This role is ideal for someone who feels called to provide hope, comfort, and spiritual guidance to patients and families at the end of life.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct, personalized spiritual care to patients and their families/caregivers in alignment with their beliefs and wishes.Support and enhance the plan of care through participation in comprehensive spiritual assessments.Document visits and services in accordance with hospice standards and regulatory requirements.Act as a liaison to community clergy, faith leaders, and spiritual resources.Attend and contribute to patient care and interdisciplinary team meetings.Lead or assist with funeral/memorial services as requested.Minimum QualificationsOrdained, commissioned, or credentialed according to the standards of an organized faith tradition (required).Minimum 1 year of ministry experience, preferably with individuals facing serious illness, grief, or end-of-life.Comfortable working in an interfaith setting and providing inclusive care.Understanding and respect for a wide range of spiritual perspectives, cultural backgrounds, and values.Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.Valid driver’s license with a clean record; must pass background and drug screening.Hospice experience preferred, but not required, if experienced in grief support, hospital chaplaincy, or pastoral care.Why Join Crown Hospice?A mission-driven team that values dignity, compassion, and integrity in every interaction.Flexible schedule and supportive leadership.Opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of patients and their loved ones.
