Position Title: Claims Eligibility SpecialistLocation: Robbinsville, NJ 08691Duration: 3 MonthsSchedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Flexible hours available)Job Description:Under the supervision of the Billing Unit Supervisor, the Claims Eligibility Specialist will play a key role in processing and adjudicating fee-for-service claims, responding to billing and eligibility inquiries, and performing other assigned billing responsibilities. This is a temporary position requiring accuracy, efficiency, and strong communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Process and adjudicate fee-for-service medical claimsHandle inquiries related to billing and eligibilityComplete CMS-1500 claim forms accuratelyCollaborate with team members to ensure timely claim resolutionPerform general billing tasks as assignedQualifications & Requirements:Medical billing knowledge including CMS-1500 claim form completionBasic knowledge of State Medicaid regulations and processesTyping speed of 40–50 words per minuteStrong verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated customer service excellenceEffective time management and organizational skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyStrong problem-solving capabilities
