Acclaimed longevity clinic in NYC is seeking a PA to team with renowned CEO & Founder and the clinical team to provide direct patient services - administratively and clinically. The position requires high organizational skills, detail orientation, superb oral and written communication skills, and professional mannerisms.Competitive compensation based on experience.Reasonable accommodation to perform the essential functions of the job may be granted to qualified, disabled individuals. Collaborate with the clinical team to maintain optimal patient care and health, applying approved protocols to data collection, analysis of results, and treatment plans; implement physician directives.Assess patient health by interviewing patients, performing physical examinations, and reviewing biomarkers (hormones, risk markers, genetics, microbiome, micronutrients, cancer screenings, food sensitivity, etc.)Understanding results within the context of lifestyle (sleep, stress, diet, nutrition), and obtaining medical histories, including personal and familyOngoing comprehensive knowledge of the Center’s interventions and therapies (diet, lifestyle, supplements, medications, peptides, wearable technologies)Stay up to date on all technological advancements within the center and beyond, including wearable technology and emerging technology.Document patient care services by charting in patient records, including updating findings and treatment, medical reports, diagnosis, medication, etc.Manage patient communication, including written correspondence, participate in telemedicine calls to thoroughly review and discuss lab results with patients and general follow-up, including addressing concerns and questions.Serve as a liaison between the physicians, patients and other healthcare professionals.Collaborate closely with all members of the clinical operations team and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results.Participate in weekly clinical rounds.Maintain a safe and clean working environment.Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.Develop health care team staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.Maintain compliance with HIPAA requirements in the delivery of client care.Available on-call as needed.Available to travel to satellite offices and CME conferences as needed.Required QualificationsMinimum of two (2) years of experience as a PA in a clinical setting; experience in endocrinology or internal medicine, a plusCurrent State license & graduate of an accredited PA program, with boards.BCLS trained (preferred)Excellent clinical intuition and superior interpersonal skillsOrganized, strong attention to detail and unafraid to take initiativeProfessional and courteous mannerismSuperior verbal and written communication skillsAbility to interact with clients with understanding and patience
