Ground-Up Large Commercial Construction SuperintendentPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Ground-Up Large Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage large-scale commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining safety regulations and compliance.Superintendent must have at least 5 or more years as a specific Ground-Up Super on Ground-up Projects.Must live in AZ.Must have demonstrated good tenure at previous employers (longer than 1-2 years or more per job)Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring work is progressing according to schedule.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction workers to ensure quality and safety standards are met.Monitor project budgets and schedules, providing regular updates to stakeholders.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.Resolve any issues that arise on-site promptly to avoid project delays.Verify the quality of materials and workmanship throughout the construction process.Prepare and maintain daily reports detailing site activities, progress, and any incidents.QualificationsProven experience as a Construction Superintendent, specifically in large commercial construction projects.Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes and regulations.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.Experience with budget management and scheduling tools.Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in construction.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.BenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommuteEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
