Project Manager - Commercial Construction T.I. & Ground UpPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in Commercial Construction Groundup & Tenant Improvements (T.I.) to oversee and manage a variety of construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while meeting the specific needs of our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.Coordinate and collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met.Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on schedule and within budget.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project.Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns that arise.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction sector with BOTH Groundup and T.I.
