Number of Openings: 2Title: Project CoordinatorLocation: Phoenix, AZPay: 60k-80kWe are a well-established Steel Erector and Fabricator based out of the Phoenix area, we are looking for multiple Project Coordinators to join our team and oversee some projects as well as the other Project Managers and Projects Coordinators. Projects range in size from $6-15 million.Position OverviewThe Project Coordinator will support the management of structural and miscellaneous steel projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project documentation, and facilitating communication between teams.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning and execution of structural steel projectsCoordinate between different teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignmentManage project documentation and ensure all records are up to dateUtilize Tekla for project modeling and detailing tasksEmploy Procore for project management and communicationMonitor project progress and report on status to managementIdentify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategiesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fieldProven experience as a Project Coordinator, preferably in the steel industryFamiliarity with Tekla software for project modelingExperience using Procore or similar project management toolsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
