Job Title: Oncology Unit Nurse ManagerLocation: Saudi ArabiaDepartment: Oncology ServicesReports To: Director of NursingEmployer: Leading Healthcare Provider in Saudi ArabiaEmployment Type: Full-TimeWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Oncology Unit Nurse Manager to lead our oncology nursing team at one of Saudi Arabia’s leading healthcare institutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the clinical and operational functions of the oncology unit, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centred care while promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the daily operations of the oncology nursing unit.Ensure the provision of high-quality care in accordance with international standards and hospital policies.Oversee nursing staff scheduling, development, mentorship, and performance evaluation.Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and other departments to optimize patient outcomes.Monitor and manage resources, including staffing, supplies, and budgetary needs.Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.Address patient and staff concerns in a timely and professional manner.Promote evidence-based practice and foster an environment of learning and professional development.Ensure infection control protocols and safety standards are rigorously followed.Qualifications and Requirements:Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (required)Master’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (required)Experience:Minimum of 9 years of clinical nursing experience post-registrationAt least 3 years in a nursing management or leadership role, preferably within oncology servicesLicensure/Certification:Current and valid nursing licenseEligibility for registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS)Skills and Competencies:Strong leadership and team-building skillsIn-depth knowledge of oncology nursing standards and practicesExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in healthcare systems and electronic medical records (EMR)Ability to thrive in a multicultural, fast-paced clinical environmentBenefits:Competitive tax-free salaryHousing allowance or provided accommodationAnnual flight ticketsHealthcare coverageGenerous leave entitlementProfessional development opportunities
