Job descriptionJob OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy and experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing guidance to clients and their families.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments to identify behavioral issues and develop effective intervention strategies.Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent application of behavior strategies across various settings.Provide training and support to staff members on best practices in behavioral therapy and special education techniques.Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.Regularly review client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.Stay current with research developments in the field of behavior analysis and apply evidence-based practices in your work.ExperienceA Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field is required.Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst is mandatory.Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is highly desirable.Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of HIPAA regulations is essential.Familiarity with special education practices and patient assessment techniques will be advantageous.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.Join our team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst where your expertise will make a significant impact on the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges.Job Type: Full-timePay: $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:Continuing education creditsDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceSchedule:8 hour shiftExperience:BCBA: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:BCBA (Required)Ability to Commute:Cincinnati, OH 45241 (Required)Work Location: In person
