The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with MDOT standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop project plans and timelines to ensure successful completion of paving projects.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and progress reports.Ensure compliance with MDOT regulations and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the paving industry.Strong knowledge of MDOT regulations and standards.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong leadership and communication skills.Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
