Above all, we are committed to helping the community by enhancing access to quality healthcare and supporting the well-being of those we serve.Position Overview:The Associate Physician Liaison is responsible for building new and maintaining existing relationships with referring physicians, medical practices, and healthcare facilities to increase awareness of our services and grow referral volume. This position serves as a key link between our organization and the external medical community, ensuring clear communication, providing exceptional service, and supporting strategic outreach efforts.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for referring providers and medical offices within the assigned territory.Promote services, physicians, and programs to potential and existing referral sources through in-person visits, calls, and digital communications.Schedule and conduct regular office visits to develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.Assist with identifying growth opportunities and referral trends based on outreach feedback and referral data.Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, scheduling, and clinical departments, to address referral concerns and ensure a smooth patient experience.Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, contact information, and follow-up actions using CRM or tracking tools.Represent the organization at community events, health fairs, and physician networking events as needed.Support special projects and initiatives to enhance brand awareness and referral engagement.Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall success of the outreach and marketing department.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.Previous healthcare experience or customer-facing role is a plus but not required.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Strong relationship-building abilities and a professional demeanor.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to manage time effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required for travel within the assigned territory.Performance Metrics:Success in this role will be measured by referral volume growth, relationship development, and outreach activity completion.Tools and Systems:Experience with CRM software, Electronic Health Records (EHR), and Practice Management (PM) systems is a plus.
