Construction Superintendent

Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and building codes. General Contractor and Industrial Renovation Projects are great to have.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations on the job site to ensure project timelines are metCoordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors to ensure project specifications are followedManage project scope and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulationsReview and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to guide construction activitiesPrepare and maintain project schedules using tools like Procore and MS ProjectConduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of workHandle Requests for Information (RFIs) and submittals to ensure all project requirements are fulfilledFacilitate communication and engagement with stakeholders, including clients and project teamsManage project budgets and ensure financial accountabilityLead safety meetings and enforce safety protocols on the job siteQualificationsProven experience as a Construction Superintendent in industrial or commercial constructionStrong knowledge of construction management principles and practicesFamiliarity with multi-family and tower projects is a plusProficient in project management software such as Procore, MS Project, or Primavera P6Excellent leadership and team management skillsStrong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and project scopeAbility to manage subcontractors and vendors effectivelyKnowledge of safety regulations and compliance standardsStrong problem-solving skills and crisis management capabilitiesBachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferredEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
