THIS A SECOND SHIFT!Position OverviewThe FSQA Supervisor is responsible for overseeing food safety and quality assurance processes in a manufacturing environment. The role ensures compliance with USDA and FDA regulations, implements HACCP plans, and maintains high standards of food safety and quality throughout the production process.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and train FSQA team members on food safety and quality assurance procedures.Develop, implement, and maintain HACCP plans and SSOPs to ensure compliance with USDA and FDA regulations.Conduct regular audits and inspections of the manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with GMP standards.Monitor and analyze quality control data, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.Collaborate with other departments to ensure food safety and quality standards are met throughout the supply chain.Lead investigations and corrective actions for food safety or quality issues.Facilitate training programs related to food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in food safety and quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of HACCP, USDA, FDA regulations, and GMP practices.Certification as a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) is preferred.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Benefits Medical Dental and Vision PlanPTOEndless growth!Relocation Package offered!Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
