You'll play a crucial role in helping clients regain mobility, improve independence, and reach their therapeutic goals.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and treat patients recovering from injury, illness, or surgery.Develop customized care plans using evidence-based therapy techniques.Track patient progress, adjust treatment goals, and document results.Recommend and train patients and families on assistive devices and therapy techniques.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care delivery.MDS experience is a plusWhat You Need to Join UsBachelor’s degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy.Valid New York State Physical Therapy License.Strong knowledge of rehabilitation methods and medical terminology.Experience in acute care, pediatrics, orthopedics, or home care is a plus.A passion for helping others and a team-first mindset.
