Revenue Cycle Management Services Operational Leader

The RCMS Operational Leader role is essential to driving operational excellence and consistent high-quality delivery across Healthrise Revenue Cycle Management Services (RCMS). This role demands a meticulous focus on day-to-day operations, internal management, and client relationship oversight.We seek an experienced operational leader with a proven track record managing both domestic and offshore teams, as well as expertise in vendor management and detailed operational workflows. The ideal candidate will confidently engage with daily operational details, effectively manage diverse team members, and provide exceptional service to high-level client stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:Operational Excellence: Ensure consistent, high-quality execution across RCMS operational projects, optimizing workflows, processes, and outcomes.Team Management: Lead and manage onshore and offshore operational teams, fostering clear communication, accountability, and high performance.Vendor Management: Oversee and optimize relationships with vendors, ensuring alignment with Healthrise standards and strategic goals. Improve overall offshore operations.Client Relationship Management: Serve as a critical operational liaison, managing client expectations, communicating clearly and effectively, and addressing operational concerns proactively.Daily Operations Oversight: Dive deeply into operational details, resolving issues, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring timely project delivery for both onshore and offshore operations.Close Coordination with RCMS Program Development Leader: Work closely with Program Development Team to ensure effective project management and execution.Measurements of Success:Achievement and consistency in operational KPIs and project metrics.Effective management of global operational teams with measurable performance outcomes.Positive client feedback related to operational delivery, responsiveness, and overall satisfaction.Improved efficiency and cost management within vendor relationships.Demonstrated operational improvements resulting from detailed operational management. Partnership with RCMS Program Development Leader: The Operational Leader will report directly to the Healthrise Chief of Staff and work in close collaboration with the RCMS Program Development Leader, ensuring strategic initiatives are effectively operationalized, and feedback from operational realities is incorporated into strategic planning. Together, this partnership will ensure Healthrise RCMS division consistently delivers operational excellence aligned with strategic growth objectives.
