Through a full spectrum of evidence-based treatment options, we strive to reignite the inner light of hope and happiness for individuals battling substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Clinical Services to join our leadership team and oversee clinical operations at our outpatient Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment center.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage daily clinical operations, ensuring high standards of care and efficiencySupervise clinical staff and support professional development initiativesEnsure compliance with state, federal, and CARF accreditation standardsMonitor and enhance care coordination and clinical qualityMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with regulatory requirementsOversee integration of client services, including school, work, and case managementCollaborate on marketing efforts and contribute to budget oversightQualificationsEducation & Licensure:Master's degree with active, unencumbered licensure as LPCC, LISW, or IMFT in the state of employmentExperience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in a behavioral health settingAt least 1 year of experience in group counselingPreferred background in treating substance use disorders, co-occurring severe mental illness, and traumaAdditional Requirements:Current CPR certification and Handle With Care (HWC) training (within 30 days of hire)Flexibility to work variable hours, including some overtime
