Job Title : Senior Associate AttorneyLocation : Indianapolis, IN 46202Duration : Full time roleJob Description:Senior Associate Attorney who is a motivated self-starter to be responsible handling Indiana foreclosure matters for the firm. Responsibilities will also include management of staff and the office with opportunities for Client Development as well. Duties & Responsibilities:Preparation, review, and approval of foreclosure related pleadings.Handle all aspects of foreclosure matters including contested foreclosures.Participation in mediations, depositions, telephonic hearings, in-person hearings.Regular client meetings/updates.Other duties and special projects as assigned. Requirements:Juris Doctorate.Member in good standing with of the State of Indiana Bar ­­­­8+ years minimum work experience handling Indiana foreclosuresAbility to manage and prioritize large caseload.Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills. Effectively communicates with all clients (via client systems, e-mail, and phone).Provides exceptional client service.Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.Conscientious with respect to work completion, deadlines, time management and attendance.Analytical and detail oriented, while working at a fast pace and capable of multi-tasking.Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
