Join us and make a meaningful impact—helping patients build families and realize their dreams.Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive fertility care and evaluation in a busy fertility practice, including evaluation and treatment of infertility and reproductive disorders, participate in patient education and counseling sessions.Perform advanced reproductive procedures including IVF, egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and reproductive surgeries as neededDevelop personalized treatment plans that balance clinical efficacy.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including embryologists, nurses, and support staff as well as Onto Health’s corporate team nationally including educators, operators, marketers and technologistsParticipate in on-site clinician trainings to maintain clinical excellence and standardization of carePartner with Onto’s Medical Director and other REIs and providers across the country to spur improvements in quality of care and advice on innovation projectsContribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experienceEngage in practice growth and development through innovative approaches to care deliveryMentor and educate clinical staff, residents, and fellows (if applicable)Maintain detailed clinical documentation and participate in data collection for outcomes analysisQualifications and AttributesRequired QualificationsMD or DO degree with completion of ABOG or ACGME accredited REI fellowship trainingBoard Certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, or Board eligible and committed to achieving Board certification within two yearsEligibility for medical licensure in Colorado and surrounding midwest states.Excellent clinical skills and surgical competenceStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesDesired AttributesInnovative and Data-Driven Mindset: Demonstrated ability to leverage clinical data to improve patient outcomes and practice efficiencyCurrent Knowledge: Commitment to staying abreast of the latest research and advancements in assisted reproductive technology (ART)Accessibility Champion: Passion for making fertility care more accessible to underserved populations and diverse communitiesValue-Based Care Understanding: Experience with or interest in value-based care approaches that prioritize quality outcomes while managing costs effectivelyLeadership and Mentorship: Enjoys empowering and enabling others to reach their full potential, with a collaborative approach to patient careWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation package commensurate with experienceComprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time offWork-life balance with flexible scheduling optionsState-of-the-art fertility clinic and laboratory facilitiesOpportunity to shape the future of a growing practiceSupportive and collaborative work environmentNo restrictive covenantProfessional development and CME opportunitiesRelocation Assistance for qualified candidatesOur CommitmentAt Onto Fertility of Colorado, we believe that fertility care should be accessible to all who need it.
