That's why we give you a wide range of benefits to choose from.  All regular full time employees may enroll in a variety of health and welfare plans including medical, dental and vision plans.  Other benefits include life insurance, disability coverage, employee assistance program, and retirement program.  The company also has a variety of voluntary benefits for employees to choose from.ResponsibilitiesMaintains and troubleshoots electrical equipment and power distribution throughout the plantEstablishes the appropriate procedure to locate and correct electrical problems, and determines electrical component replacementsPerforms high and low voltage splices, terminations and stress conesInstalls and maintains high, medium and low voltage power controls on equipmentPerforms necessary maintenance to the equipment and machinery to repair or replace the defective partsTroubleshoot electrical problems in power circuits 120 - 12,470 volts, in addition to control circuits of various voltages and repair transformers and circuit breakersMay perform a variety of electrical tests to determine exact cause of issuePerforms adjustments and calibration procedures on various forms of process equipmentPerform preventative maintenance as instructed on all equipment/machineryCollaborates with other department, providing necessary electrical support to ensure day-to-day maintenance issues are resolved; maintains an electronic log of any highlights occurring during shift coveragePerforms work area inspectionPerforms other duties as assignedEducationHigh school diploma/GEDRequirements/Qualifications3-5 years' experience requiredExperience in the Industrial Electrical field and troubleshooting techniquesFamiliarity with NFP 70E, basic AC and C controls and terminology of tools, prints and equipmentMust have proven experience and ability in mechanical, electrical and electronic maintenance troubleshooting techniquesAble to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamAble to read and comprehend electrical blueprints and schematicsStrong computer, interpersonal and problem-solving skillsGood driving recordAbility to travel to other locations to provide support Ability to work overtime, night and weekend work as needed including responding to emergency callsProvide basic tools for routine maintenance, installation and repair workConditions of EmploymentSuccessful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
