We're hiring in-person, full-time SLPs to support students in the San Jose area for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year, including Extended School Year (ESY) services.Whether you're a seasoned clinician or a new CFY, this is your chance to join a collaborative team that values your skills, supports your growth, and recognizes your impact every single day.What You’ll Be DoingProvide individual and group speech-language therapy to K–12 students in a school-based setting.Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support IEP goals and ensure student success.Document progress and maintain records in compliance with IDEA, HIPAA, and FERPA.Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional recommendations and supporting parents and staff.Help foster a learning environment where students develop confidence in communication and thrive.What We’re Looking ForMaster’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.Active and valid California SLP license (or in process).Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.School-based experience is preferred; CFs are encouraged to apply!Why Join Us??
