Job Overview:Join our dynamic and friendly team at Schatz Benefit Group this fall! We’re hiring a Seasonal Health Coverage Advisor for the busy Open Enrollment season (September through December). This temporary hybrid role is perfect for a licensed health insurance professional who thrives on helping people make informed health care decisions and wants to be part of a supportive, client-focused environment.You’ll assist Individual and Family clients with health insurance enrollment—on and off MNsure—and provide key administrative support to our Group Account Executive. It’s a great opportunity to make an impact, earn strong monthly pay, and work with a team that values both professionalism and personality.Pay:$5,000 – $6,000 per month (based on experience)Seasonal Term: September – December 2025Full-time hours during the season (roughly 40 hours per week)Responsibilities:Help individuals and families choose and enroll in the right health insurance plans, including MNsure.Prepare quotes and applications for new and renewing clients.Support our Group Account Executive with administrative tasks like proposal prep and renewal tracking.Answer incoming calls and assist with scheduling and client follow-up.Use Microsoft Outlook, Adobe, and Salesforce to manage workflows.Maintain current MNsure certification and active health license.Qualifications:Active Minnesota Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain within 30 days).MNsure certification (or willingness to complete training).5+ years in a client service or professional office environment.Strong organizational and communication skills.Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented.Must have a confidential, distraction-free workspace at home.Located in or near Burnsville, MN (hybrid role requires some in-office time).Why Work With Us (Even for a Season)?At Schatz Benefit Group, we combine meaningful work with a personable, fun office culture.
