We’re here to help people get ahead, and our team is growing fast in our home state of Washington.THE ROLEWe’re looking for a rockstar Welcome Team Manager to lead our front-of-house team in Spokane. You’ll be the friendly face customers remember—running check-ins, returns, pickups, and the WanderBins checkout with accuracy, good vibes, and hustle. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves leading a team, solving problems, and creating an awesome customer experience.WHAT YOU’LL DO✅ Lead the Front Team – Manage and train our front desk, pickers, and service team✅ Make It Easy for Customers – Smooth check-ins, quick pickups, and clear returns✅ Run the Bin Store – Oversee checkout, inventory, cleanliness, and great deals✅ Solve Problems on the Fly – If something breaks, you jump in and fix it✅ Own Closing Duties – Shut it down right, and set the next shift up for success✅ Handle Returns – Process them fairly and keep inventory updatedWHAT YOU BRING✔️ 3+ years leading in retail, hospitality, or fast-paced customer service ✔️ Positive attitude, clear communicator, cool under pressure ✔️ Comfortable with tech (barcodes, Google Sheets, etc.) ✔️ Able to lead, lift (up to 40 lbs), walk/stand all day, and set the pace ✔️ Bonus: BuyWander alum or resale/warehouse experienceWHY BUYWANDER??
