We specialize in individualized care for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs. With established roots in California, we’re proud to expand our services to Arizona, starting with our new location in Glendale.Position OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), licensed in Arizona, to join our team as the first clinical hire for our Glendale location. This role offers flexibility to provide services in-home or remotely via Telehealth and is ideal for someone who’s excited to help grow a clinic from the ground up. The position will begin part-time with a clear path to a full-time leadership role as the client base expands.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Assessment & Treatment PlanningConduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plansDesign evidence-based ABA programs targeting skill acquisition and behavior reductionSupervision & MentorshipProvide supervision and training to RBTs (in-home and/or via Telehealth)Monitor treatment integrity and conduct performance evaluationsParent & Caregiver CollaborationTrain and consult with families on ABA techniques and treatment goalsAdjust goals based on family feedback and ongoing client progressData Collection & Program OversightReview data to assess progress and make informed program adjustmentsEnsure accurate and consistent data collection by team membersDocumentation & ComplianceMaintain up-to-date clinical documentation, reports, and insurance-required paperworkSupport internal documentation processes including HR, credentialing, and assessmentsProfessional StandardsParticipate in professional development and follow all BACB ethical guidelinesWhat We’re Looking ForActive BCBA certification in the state of ArizonaMinimum 2 years of clinical ABA experience Strong leadership potential with an interest in team building and mentorshipExcellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skillsPassion for delivering individualized, high-quality care to children and familiesWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly compensation (based on experience)Flexible schedule with option for remote workClear path to full-time and clinical leadership opportunitiesSupportive administrative team and established operational systemsOpportunity to help build and shape a new clinic from the ground upSupport from our established California clinical team
