Job Description

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to serve as a Clinical Supervisor in the Early and Advanced Learner Programs. The Early Learner Program focuses on developing foundational communication and social skills as well as pre-academic and daily living skills. The Advanced Learner Program emphasizes enhancing social competence for meaningful interactions as well as teaching essential safety and independence skills.Located in the beautiful coastal city of Wilmington, North Carolina, CPBH is owned by a doctoral-level Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D) and licensed psychologist. Our specialized programs including an Autism Diagnostic Clinic, Behavioral Pediatrics Clinic, Early and Advanced Learner Programs, Pathways Program, Pediatric Feeding Disorders Program, School Consultation Services, and a Severe Behavior Program are led by BCBA-Ds and licensed psychologists, all trained at top academic institutions and recognized for their peer-reviewed research. Caseloads do not exceed 6 clients in line with our mission to provide the highest quality of care and excellence in training. Our Early and Advanced Learner Programs reside in our new 10,000 square foot state-of-the art pediatric clinics building (with 3,000+ square feet of outdoor space).Responsibilities:Conduct skill-based and functional behavioral assessmentsDesign comprehensive, individualized ABA treatment plansEvaluate efficacy of individualized behavioral interventionsProvide ongoing supervision and training to behavior techniciansCollaborate with caregivers to support progress & generalizationSupport staff in responding to challenging behaviorProvide supervision hours and guidance to BCBA candidatesRequirements and Qualifications:Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, or related fieldCurrent BCBA certificationStrong leadership skills with a passion for supervising and team collaborationDesire to continually achieve high client outcomes with compassionBenefits of joining our team:Competitive pay commensurate with experience12 paid holidays plus additional paid time offHealth benefits (medical, vision, and dental insurance)100% employer-paid life insurance & long-term disability401(k)-retirement plan with 4% employer matchingStipend and paid time off for continuing educationRelocation assistance availableWe are looking for compassionate, science-focused behavior analysts to join our team.
