Role and ResponsibilitiesAs the Content Marketing Coordinator, you will lead all content marketing initiatives that drive prospective customers to our website and generate high-quality leads.Key responsibilities:Publish three new pieces of content per week, including articles, videos, audio, and infographicsDevelop premium content such as eBooks, white papers, and webinarsWork with Sales, Product Management, and other teams to plan and execute content strategiesLead website updates and enhancementsMonitor and optimize SEO and web analytics performanceManage and grow engagement across social media platformsCoordinate trade shows and create associated marketing materialsSet, track, and report on the ROI of all marketing activities QualificationsProven ability to write and edit clearly, quickly, and effectivelyStrong skills in digital graphic designProficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar)Experience with WordPress, Canva, and infographic toolsExcellent interviewing and communication skills to work with subject matter experts and customersData-driven mindset with passion for analytics and ROI measurementBachelor’s degree in marketing, Journalism, Business, Communications, or a related fieldRecent college graduate is welcomed, but prefers 1–3 years of experience in journalism, writing, or B2B content marketingStrong sense of ownership with the ability to independently manage projects.Knowledge of fiber optics is a strong plus but not requiredCompensation & Benefits·        Salary range: 60K – 100K, depending on qualifications and experience. ·        Medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid vacation, flex days, and holidaysCompany profit-sharing program Equal Opportunity EmployerVitex is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
