Job Title: Licensed Clinical PsychologistLocation: Remote (Telehealth - Licensed in Multiple States and PSYPACT)Position Type: Contract (1099)Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate doctoral-level clinical psychologist who is passionate about providing high-quality, concierge-level mental health services to healthcare professionals. This contract position involves delivering evidence-based psychotherapy through a secure telehealth platform, with the flexibility to accommodate patient scheduling needs.This role is ideal for a psychologist looking to expand their telehealth practice while contributing to an innovative, patient-centered mental health organization.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide mental health services (counseling, couples counseling, coaching) to healthcare professionals and trainees via secure video, telephone, and messaging platforms.Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), and other approaches tailored to client needs.Offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate client availability, including evenings and weekends if needed.Collaborate with other healthcare providers involved in patient care as appropriate.Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation using electronic health records (EHR).QualificationsEducation: Clinical Psychologist or Doctoral level degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited program.Active, unrestricted license to practice psychology in one or more of the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming and Multi-state PSYPACT licensure.Experience: at least two years of post-licensure clinical experience providing clinical services.Skills and CompetenciesProficiency in utilizing telehealth tools, EHR systems, and HIPAA-compliant electronic communication platforms in accordance with industry best practices.Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Experience working with adults in diverse populations in medical settings, on integrated teams in health professions training programs preferred.Experience teaching in residency programs or working in hospitals is preferred.Strong therapeutic skills in building rapport, conducting assessments, and tailoring interventions.Ability to work independently while maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards.Other RequirementsAbility to work effectively in a remote setting with minimal supervision.Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the organization.Schedule flexibility.Reliable internet connection and private, professional workspace for telehealth sessions.Hold a current professional liability insurance policyCompensationIndependent Contractor Arrangement (1099)Competitive hourly rates (starting at $90-$130 an hour)Why Work with Tend Health?Organization focused on patient well-being and careNo overhead costs to you:We provide all the tools to care for your patientsWe handle all marketing, sales and operations so you don’t have toNo time spent on insurance billing and collectionsJoin a community focused on taking care of each other – clinicians helping cliniciansFully remote, telehealthHow to ApplyPlease submit your resume/CV and references to .
