Our mission is to empower women with personalized health data, so that they may take agency in their lives and reclaim power on their journey to optimal wellness.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time or part-time on-site role for a Functional Medicine Physician at Minnow Wellness in Greater Houston. The Functional Medicine Physician will be responsible for conducting comprehensive patient assessments, creating personalized treatment plans, addressing root causes of health issues, and staying updated on cutting-edge research in Functional Medicine and Women's Health.QualificationsClinical experience in Functional Medicine and Women’s HealthExcellent diagnostic and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team settingMedical degree from an accredited institutionBoard certification in Functional Medicine is a plusExperience with holistic and integrative approaches to healthcarePassion for empowering women to optimize their healthResponsibilitiesMeet with 8-10 patients per day, allowing for ample time to discuss symptoms/concerns. Additionally, two Co-Founders are engaged full-time to support 5-Star Customer Service, Office Management, Membership Engagement, Patient Acquisition, Marketing, Finances, and Strategic Planning. We have a full-time Nurse Practitioner to support our on-site Blood Lab Management, DEXA Scanner, HRT Administration and Patient Engagement.
