Dermatologist and Surgeon

Advanced Dermatology & Cosmetic Care is located in Los Angeles and has five locations. Our practice offers both medical and cosmetic dermatology. We opened our Bakersfield location in 2022. This location is growing fast and we would be happy to introduce a full time dermatologist into the location. SUMMARY / RESPONSIBILITIES:We are seeking a full-time or part time dermatologist for our dermatology practice in Bakersfield California.The focus would be medical dermatology. Cosmetic dermatology is available. The dermatologist has the option to perform dermatological surgery and Mohs surgery as well. QUALIFICATIONS:Board Certified Dermatologist.SCHEDULE:Full time is preferred. Part time is also available.We anticipate the provider having a busy patient schedule.SUPPORT PROVIDED:The provider would receive 2-3 medical assistants for support. COMPENSATION STRUCTURE:The provider would receive 50% of their payments. Additional compensation and profit share can be discussed.WORKING ENVIRONMENT:We aim to create an enjoyable working environment for our providers and staff. Our practice is still privately owned and many of our providers have been working with us for 5+ years, some over 15. I am happy to discuss more over the phone.
