This role offers the opportunity to work within various sectors, including commercial, educational, retail, healthcare, and industrial.To express interest or verify qualifications, email the recruiter directly at michael.crabtree@Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all phases of new construction and major renovation projects, including scheduling and reviewing project documentation.Coordinate and supervise subcontractor activities and ensure timely delivery of materials.Partner with the Project Manager to lead project teams and monitor budget performance.Develop, maintain, and adjust project timelines to ensure on-time completion.Monitor project scope and manage any changes to ensure alignment with objectives.Facilitate regular meetings with clients to provide progress updates and proactively address concerns.Uphold quality standards by ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry best practices.Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient job site environment.Serve as a professional representative of the company in all client and stakeholder interactions.Qualifications3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role managing construction projects valued between $500,000 and $10 million.In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, including renovations, ground-up builds, and site development.OSHA 30 certification is required.Solid understanding of OSHA regulations and job site safety protocols.CPR/First Responder certification is a plus.Skilled in managing both subcontracted and self-performed work.Strong leadership abilities with excellent organizational and communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and commonly used construction management software.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Collaborative team player with a strong commitment to quality and project success.BenefitsSalary $110K-$135K (based on experience)Discretionary Bonus401k with matchPaid Holidays Health Insurance Dental VisionLife Insurance Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
