Provider Educator/Auditor

Job Title: Provider Educator/Auditor (E/M, Profee)Location: Orlando & Bayfront/St. Pete, FL – Primarily remote with occasional onsite (1x/month, sometimes less)Pay: $30-$35 HourlyContract Type: Contract-to-HireStart Date: ASAPTop 5 Specialties:Internal MedicineBehavioral HealthOncologyCardiologyOrthopedicsKey Responsibilities:Start with audits to learn service lines/workflowsProvide E/M education to 20–50+ providersShadow providers, identify coding gaps, and create tailored educationDevelop presentations, audit trends, documentation tools, and tip sheetsWork in collaboration with other auditors/educatorsCommunicate professionally and clearly with providersRequirements:Certifications: CPC or CCS (Required)Experience: 5+ years as an auditor/educator; must have multispecialty E/M experienceTech Proficiency: Epic, EncoderPro, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel (pivot tables), Microsoft SuiteSystems/Chart Types: Heavy E/M, multispecialty (including Office Visits, Bedside, ER, Trauma, Peds, Radiology, Sleep, Digestive, Rehab, Urology, Women’s Health, etc.)Schedule:Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM ESTFlexibility required to accommodate provider meetings (some may occur later in the day)Logistics & Access:Onsite Visits: ~1x/month, primarily remoteEquipment: Client-provided (pickup required in Orlando/Bayfront)Location Needs: 1 candidate each in Orlando and Bayfront/St. Pete areasVaccines Required: NoSoft Skills:Strong communicatorProfessional demeanorTeam playerExperience partnering with providers and peersIndependent and proactive educatorInterview Process:Panel interview via Teams (Manager + 4 team members)Initial audit test requiredTurnaround: Interviews can occur within 48 hoursAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
