Junior Project Manager - Business PM

Manage full project lifecycle, including scope, planning, timelines, communication, risk, and training.Collaborate with the Program Manager on strategic planning and PMO improvement initiatives.Lead business analysis activities and support cross-functional teams as needed.Oversee RFP processes including financial assessments, charter development, vendor evaluation, and final recommendations.Promote adoption of PMO standards, methodologies, and tools across the organization.Coordinate interdependent projects, optimizing resources and timelines.Track project performance, ROI, and other key success metrics.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree required.3–5 years of project management experience preferred.Certifications in PMP, Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma highly desirable.Experience in healthcare or research operations is a plus.
