Hearts and Hands provides an interdisciplinary environment, fully equipped with state-of-the-art resources and a dedicated team — and we’re looking for a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join us.Why You’ll Love Working Here:Flexible hybrid model: Mix of in-clinic and telehealth work from home. Part time schedule options available for even more flexibility.Caseload capped at 6–8 clients for quality care and sustainable schedulesTreatment-based biweekly incentive bonuses in addition to base paySupportive, multidisciplinary team: Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and RBTs.
