If you are passionate about landscape design and possess strong project management skills, we want you to join our team!Job Description:Position Overview:As a Landscape Architect at Scapes, inc, you will be at the forefront of designing and overseeing the implementation of transformative outdoor spaces. This role requires a unique blend of creative vision, technical expertise, and project management skills.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and development of landscape architecture projects, from concept through completion.Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and translate them into creative and sustainable landscape designs.Prepare detailed plans, specifications, and cost estimates for landscape projects.Oversee construction and installation, ensuring quality and compliance with design specifications.Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.Qualifications:A minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape architecture.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.Strong design skills and proficiency in AutoCAD, Dynascape (Lumion a plus).Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Benefits:Competitive salary in the range of $75,000- $110,000+ per year.Health insurance.Retirement plan.Vacation & Holiday PayYear End BonusOpportunities for professional development and continuing education.Collaborative and creative work environment.Contribution to meaningful, impactful projects.If you are a talented Landscape Designer with a passion for creating beautiful, sustainable outdoor spaces, we invite you to apply.
