EstimatorPosition OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects, analyzing blueprints, and collaborating with project managers and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.If you don't live here already , but would consider a move to Erie , PA , we would love to talk.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed cost estimates based on project blueprints and specificationsConduct takeoffs for materials and labor to ensure accurate bid proposalsAnalyze RFI (Request for Information) and respond to inquiries from subcontractors and suppliersCollaborate with project managers to develop project budgets and timelinesReview and modify bids based on project changes and client feedbackMaintain organized records of all estimates, bids, and project correspondenceAssist in the selection of subcontractors and suppliers for specific projectsQualificationsProven experience as an Estimator in commercial constructionStrong skills in takeoffs and estimatingProficient in reading and interpreting blueprintsExperience with preparing bids and proposalsFamiliarity with RFI processes and project documentationStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and teamwork skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Project is a plusBenefitsCompetitive SalaryPTO and HolidaysMedicalDental and VisionRetirement OptionCompany Bonus IncentivesEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
