Client Relationship Specialists report to multiple investment consultants and provide service to high net worth individuals. The Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for upholding an exceptional quality of service while addressing client questions and service requests.Job ResponsibilitiesExecute new accounts, daily transfers, cash flows, and tradingAssist with the development of financial plansCheck investment reportsAddress client questions and service requestsManage client phone calls and emailsMaintain a professional and trustworthy relationship with clientsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or BusinessMinimum 2 years of experience in the investment fieldProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsDisplay of superior organization skills with attention to detailExcellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to complete assignments with minimal supervisionWorking Hours & Expectations This position is full-time exempt and requires an average of 40 hours per week. The position is hybrid, in office expectations and work from home flexibility.Physical Requirements While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee must be able to sit for several hours at a time. The employee is regularly required to operate a computer and telephone.
