Corporate Transactional AttorneyPosition OverviewThe Corporate Transactional Attorney will be responsible for providing expert legal guidance and support in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. This role aims to ensure that all transactions are conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, while effectively advising clients on their legal rights and obligations.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on mergers and acquisitions, including strategy and structuring of dealsConduct thorough due diligence to identify potential legal issues in transactionsNegotiate and draft transaction documents, agreements, and contractsEnsure compliance with securities law and regulatory requirementsPerform legal research to support corporate transactionsProvide guidance on transaction structuring to optimize legal and tax implicationsAssist clients with regulatory compliance and reporting obligationsDevelop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and advisingQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolActive bar admission in the relevant jurisdictionMinimum of 5 years of experience in corporate transactional lawStrong knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation, and securities lawExperience with due diligence and regulatory complianceExceptional legal research and analytical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectivelyBenefitsCompetitive BenefitsEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
