Senior Estimator

This is an exciting time to join a wonderful and growing company located in Winder, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for appropriately evaluating the cost of a project and evaluating the cost to take on that project. The candidate will be familiar with our competitive advantages as an organization and will be able to communicate those to our benefit throughout the bidding process. This role is located in Winder, GA and is an onsite role. This is not a remote position. Responsibilities:Maintain knowledge of competitive advantages in the industry to aid bidding processResolve cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing informationObtain accurate quotes for materials and systems to establish accurate cost estimatesQualifications:Bachelor's degree preferredSolid understanding of basic accounting principlesFamiliarity with blueprints and ability to read plans5-7 years of civil estimating experienceConcrete, precast, pipe, underground and/or water detention experience strongly preferredRequirements:Working onsite in Winder, GA.
