About the ClientThis organization is a national leader in addiction treatment, serving over 35,000 patients daily across the U.S. Their mission is to eliminate barriers to recovery and transform individuals, families, and communities through evidence-based care.Position SummaryWe are seeking Licensed Counselors to join the clinical team in Martinsville, IN. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of a patient’s treatment journey—from admission to discharge—providing individual, group, and family therapy. You will play a key role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care that supports long-term recovery.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans using DSM and ASAM criteria.Provide substance use counseling and therapy services.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and manage a full caseload.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.Facilitate crisis interventions and coordinate with external referral sources.Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development.Required QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited college or university (as required by Indiana state law).Experience:Minimum of 3 years in substance use, mental health, or a related field.Licensure/Certification:Must hold licensure or certification as required by the state of Indiana and be credentialed under the Indiana Department of Mental Health and Addiction (DMHA):Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCAC)PsychologistPhysicianAdvanced Practice Nurse or Certified Nursing Specialist (APRN)OR credentialed in addictions counseling by a nationally recognized credentialing body, including:Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC)Certified Alcohol and Drug Addiction Consultant (CADAC II-V)Addiction Professional in Training (APIT)Certified Addiction Counselor (ICAC I-II)National Certified Addiction Counselor (NCAC I-II)Master Addiction Counselor (MAC)Licensed Social Worker (LSW)Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary18 days PTO + 8 paid holidays401(k) with company matchFull medical, dental, and vision insuranceShort- and long-term disability, accident insuranceSTAR LRP (Substance Use Disorder Treatment and Recovery Loan Repayment Program)Discounted tuition & scholarships through Capella UniversityCompany-sponsored training & certification opportunitiesWhy Join Us?Be part of a mission-driven organization that’s changing lives daily.
