Superintendent (Tilt-up)

Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Superintendent (Tilt-up) to oversee and manage the construction of tilt-up projects, particularly in light industrial and distribution center environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tilt-wall construction and a proven track record of successfully leading construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the entire tilt-up construction process from planning to completion.Coordinate daily construction activities and manage on-site personnel.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to discuss project specifications and timelines.Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications.Manage subcontractors and ensure their work aligns with project objectives and standards.Prepare daily reports and communicate project status to stakeholders.QualificationsProven experience as a Superintendent in tilt-up and tilt wall construction.Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.Experience in managing light industrial and distribution center projects.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.BenefitsCompetitive PayMedical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance401K with company matchProfit SharingGenerous PTO & HolidaysCommuter & Transportation BenefitsContinued Education & TrainingCareer Growth & MentorshipEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
