Associate Attorney

Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The successful candidate will focus on various aspects of civil litigation, including insurance subrogation, product liability, and mass tort cases. This position offers the opportunity to work on challenging cases while developing professionally in a supportive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the management of civil litigation cases from inception to resolutionConduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documentsRepresent clients in court appearances and hearingsCollaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategiesCommunicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and opposing counselStay updated on relevant laws and regulations pertaining to insurance defense and personal injuryParticipate in settlement negotiations and mediation sessionsPrepare for and attend trials as necessaryQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the State of VirginiaExperience in civil litigation and insurance defense preferredStrong knowledge of insurance subrogation, catastrophic loss, product liability, and mass tortExcellent research, writing, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectivelyProficiency in legal research tools and case management softwareDemonstrated commitment to client service and ethical practiceEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
