We're looking for a Clinical Rehab Coordinator who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to help lead and shape the future of our rehab services.? What You'll Do:Provide top-notch care 80% of the time, and take on impactful administrative and leadership tasks the other 20%.Guide and grow our therapy team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Techs & Schedulers) by creating clinical competencies, onboarding new staff, and serving as a preceptor and mentor.Stay at the forefront of clinical excellence and help implement cutting-edge techniques and practices.Coordinate our student program and liaise with universities—bring fresh energy into the department!?
