The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily construction activities and manage site operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop project schedules and budgets.Coordinate and oversee subcontractor activities to ensure project timelines are met and quality standards are upheld.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise.Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with contract specifications and industry standards.Lead safety meetings and enforce site safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.Communicate effectively with owners, architects, and other stakeholders regarding project updates and issues.Manage and mentor site personnel to foster a team-oriented work environment.QualificationsProven experience as a Site Superintendent in ground-up construction projects, preferably within the commercial and healthcare sectors.Strong knowledge of construction management principles, including scheduling and budget management.Familiarity with building codes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.Effective team leadership and subcontractor coordination abilities.Strong communication skills for interaction with owners and project stakeholders.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
