Utilities Foreman

Main Line Utilities ForemanPosition OverviewThe Main Line Utilities Foreman is responsible for overseeing and coordinating utility construction projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role involves managing crews, equipment, and resources, while maintaining compliance with local regulations and company policies.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead utility construction crews in the installation and maintenance of main line utilities.Coordinate daily operations and ensure project timelines are met.Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth operations.Train and mentor crew members on best practices and safety protocols.Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and labor hours.Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during construction.QualificationsProven experience as a Foreman in utility construction or related fields.Strong knowledge of utility installation practices and safety regulations.Experience with earthwork, wastewater systems, and storm drain installation is preferred.Familiarity with GPS technology and its application in construction projects is a plus.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Valid drivers license and relevant certifications.BenefitsCompany Truck + Gas CardMedical, Dental, & Vision Insurance401kPTOEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
