The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and litigation, with a passion for advocating for clients who have suffered due to negligence or malpractice. This role is critical in providing legal representation and guidance to clients in personal injury cases, ensuring they receive the justice and compensation they deserve.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in personal injury cases, including but not limited to car accidents, slip and fall cases, and medical malpractice claims.Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.Advocate for clients in court, presenting cases before judges and juries as necessary.Maintain accurate records and documentation for each case.Provide clients with regular updates on case progress and legal options.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the state bar and in good standing.Experience working within Nursing Home LawA minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law and litigation.Strong understanding of legal processes and procedures related to personal injury cases.Excellent negotiation, communication, and advocacy skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a legal team.Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
