There is a $1500 sign-on bonus for this position with the first $750 paid after the first 3 months of continuous employment and another $750 paid after 6 months of continuous employment.Job ResponsibilitiesRead, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, weld symbols, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately create equipment and products Prefer candidate with stick, mig, and tig experienceUtilize handheld tools such as a handheld grinder, band saws, torchOperate calipers, weld gauges, tape measures, and other welding hand toolsMaintain weld machines using preventative maintenance methods Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards Rework and/or repair welded parts and products according to engineering specification changePrioritize workflow through effective communication with management staff Job RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED At least 4 years of experience, preferred Basic reading skills and must be able to follow directionsAbility to perform work accurately and thoroughlyAbility to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem High attention to detail and must be self-motivatedAbility to lift up to 40 poundsCompensationThe hourly pay rate is $25-$35/hrWhat CRH Offers YouHighly competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsAn inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion About CRHCRH has a long and proud heritage.
