Apply now for consideration!Contract: Approx. 6 months, W2 Location: Onsite – Bristol, CT 06010 Pay Rate: $21–$24/hr W2 based on experience Schedule: Up to 29 hours/week | Shifts between 7:00am–7:00pm Start Date: ASAPJob Description:We’re seeking a proactive, high-energy Wellbeing Operations Coordinator to join the Wellness Center team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about health promotion, employee engagement, and wellness programming. You'll be the face of the Wellness Center—responsible for daily operations, fitness education, program coordination, and delivering exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:Manage front desk operations: greet employees, answer phones/emails, handle waivers and eligibilityRegister new participants and deliver orientation sessionsProvide exercise floor supervision and instruct on safe equipment useConduct fitness assessments and wellness consultationsOversee opening/closing of the facility; ensure cross-shift coverageHelp maintain cleanliness and equipment functionalityAssist with scheduling group exercise and intramural activitiesSupport wellness strategy through logistics and coordination of programsTrack utilization metrics and gather feedback to improve offeringsPromote a welcoming, inclusive, and health-positive atmosphereRequirements:Mandatory:Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Health Promotion, or related fieldCurrent CPR, First Aid, and AED certificationsOne or more certifications in personal training and/or group exerciseEffective verbal and written communication skillsOutgoing, customer-service oriented, and collaborativeAble to work independently, ask questions, and bring energy to the teamBenefits:Russell Tobin / Pride Global offers eligible employees comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance, and hospital indemnity), a 401(k) retirement savings plan, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto and home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with preferred vendors.?
