Job DescriptionIngram Content Group (ICG) is seeking a creative and collaborative Manager, Global Catalog Enablement to join our team in LaVergne, TN. In this role, you will lead the Catalog Enablement team and work closely with senior leadership to shape and execute global catalog initiatives that enhance product discoverability and engagement across retail and library channels.You will be responsible for ensuring the catalog’s effectiveness in global retail and library markets by aligning Catalog initiatives with broader business objectives, sales strategies, and customer needs. With an expansive global network of offices and facilities, Ingram’s services include digital and physical book distribution, print-on-demand, and digital learning.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent directly related year for year experience5 years progressive experience in catalog management, product information management, or sales enablement within a retail or consumer facing business2 years previous intermediate to advanced experience in analytics.2 years of Supervisory/Team or Project lead ExperiencePreferred Qualifications:Experience doing analysisKey Responsibilities:Manages the daily operations of the catalog curation, update, and distribution process to ensure product data is accurate, consistent, and accessible across all markets.Optimizes catalog content for ease of discovery, improved customer experience, and alignment with the company’s sales goals by ensuring relevant content reaches relevant channels.Implements processes for regular audits of catalog visibility and health, ensuring alignment with pricing, sales and marketing strategies.Partners with the Marketing, Promotions, and Merchandising teams to ensure that catalog content aligns with promotional strategies and marketing campaigns.Partners with the commercial team to develop new scaled opportunities for greater engagement with the Print on Demand catalog of titles across specific retailers and segments.Partners with the Library team to ensure availability to appropriate Print on Demand content that might be underrepresented in the current catalogUses data to identify areas for improvement in the catalog’s effectiveness and implement necessary changes to drive business results.Hiring Salary Range: $83,230k- $105,532k. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
