RESPONSIBILITIESOversee safe installation of electrical systems, including power distribution, rough-in, trim, finish work, and final punch phases.Manage installation, alteration, and repair of electrical systems for large-scale commercial and multifamily projects.Review project documents, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schedules to coordinate field installations.Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available to meet project timelines.Manage electrical materials, tools, and equipment on-site.Supervise projects from inception to completion with a proven track record of staying within budget and timelines.Communicate effectively with management, staff, contractors, vendors, and clients.Ensure projects stay within labor budgets. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS5+ years as an Electrical Superintendent in commercial electrical construction.Experience in multi-million-dollar projects.In-depth knowledge of NEC, local building codes, industry standards, and job site safety requirements.Master Electrician License required.Proficient in operating job-related tools and equipment (e.g., wire tugger, conduit benders, lifts).OSHA 30-Hour Certification required.CPR/First Aid preferred.AHCA experience a plus.
