Superintendent We've been in operation since 1979 and have built a reputation of quality delivery to our clients during that time and provided exceptional care to our internal workforce, making us a leader in landscape construction for commercial corporations as well as construction professionals. We're building out our office in Corona and looking for an experienced Superintendent to join!Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise landscaping projects from inception to completion.Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.Develop and manage project budgets and schedules effectively.Lead a team of landscapers, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.Implement landscape design plans and ensure adherence to landscaping specifications.Prepare reports on project status, including financial performance, for senior management.QualificationsProven experience as a Superintendent in landscaping or related field.Strong knowledge of landscape construction and commercial landscaping practices.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and architectural drawings.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.Proficient in project management software and tools.Relevant certifications in landscaping or construction management are a plus.Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
